Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a Co-Teacher to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with state standards.
  • Foster a classroom culture of high expectations, preparing students for lifelong success.
  • Use student data to refine teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance instruction.
  • Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and conferences.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree and a valid OH teaching certificate/license (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • A strong work ethic and the drive to go above and beyond for student success.
  • The ability to use data to guide instruction and meet the needs of all learners.
  • Compensation scale starts at $45,000, and aligns with years of experience, licensure, degrees, etc.
